On January 1, 2021 at approximately 11:15 a.m. members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter in progress at a residence on James Street North, Town of Forest.
While on route to the residence, Lambton OPP Community Street Crime Unit was advised the home owner had chased the suspect on foot and was holding the suspect on the ground, awaiting police arrival.
William BOYD-URENA, 28 year old of Forest, was arrested and charged with the following, pursuant to the Criminal Code
- Break, Enter a Place – Commit Indictable Offence
The accused was released and scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice-Sarnia on February 8, 2021.
